Once you have decided on your purchases, fill out the necessary information

on your invoice, and with completed check or cash, visit a table to finish your transaction.  Then, with your receipt, visit the PE table to pick up your order.

*You must have your receipt to pick up the combination.

 

MEDIA CENTER

2009-20010 Affidavit of Residence is required for all students.  Notary services will be available.  Affidavits will be available in homeroom.  Two proofs of residency are required for new enrollees and students entering 6th grade.  7th & 8th grade parents will need to complete the form for notarization (no documentation necessary).

Bus stops and schedules will be available.

THE CAFETERIA

►Cafeteria Services… no need to send your child to school with cash. Visit the cafeteria ladies to place money on your child’s meal debit card.

 

►Visit the PTA tables to match up your skills and interests for volunteering during the

coming school year. 

 

►An annual event . . . pre-pay for the “Pack ‘Em In Dance” and sign your child’s permission slip.

 

►School supplies and spiritwear will be available for your shopping convenience.

 

►Buy a PTA membership along with pre-ordering your Yearbook.
